    What units has the Rotation Field in RigidBody2d or Transform2D?

    Found it out by myself: Radians.
    To get the Angle:
    Angle = object.Rotation * (180F / WaveEngine.Common.Math.MathHelper.Pi);

      float Angle = MathHelper.ToDegrees(object.Rotation);

        All image effect has been compiled using 4_0_level_9.3 profile, maybe you have an old GPU. Have you tried to comment all lens?
